The post-immersion period is marked by the deepening of knowledge and the realization of the personal projects of the warriors.

Buiu, who is completing 9 years in the project, says that the great impact of Instituto Elos is in the local transformation: "The openness that we give to those who participate to be here and do things is what can enhance their ideas and their dreams. It's very hard to root something that is strong for their future here in this community, but now they already understand that this space works for them to have big, concrete ideas."
